Alright, something else: im considering to use bluesky's data & show bsky posts in public rooms. Idea here is to have rooms be active, with more data coming in. Currently a room may be inactive for days, simply reopening the app next day and not seeing anything new - feels boring. Is using bsky a good idea to bring engagement? After all all these feed-based social apps are dependent on new data, otherwise peeps would not return.
For my mobile app that has public rooms for peeps to chat & create art & post media, I would like to create a mechanic to encourage people helping each other / interacting with each other. Im thinking of reciprocity here: - app popup - app gives user 1 token (free) - to generate awesome selfie with an awesome style from a public room - app gaves user 1 token (+1 special token) - to donate to another user - who's post user liked - - public comment/msg in room user A donated to user B recognition for donating user via public message. Basically core idea here is to give a "free" token to a user so it can donate it to another user for a good post/picture. What shall I consider in addition to "reciprocity" here and what psychological patterns to dive into to develop better mechanics?
dream.getsven.com is a product for me that I use and need. Stop focusing on customers & being user-facing. As I used it i noticed I would like to have a way to mark an idea iteration with a color (Im thinking 3 distinct colors for now) - that way I can mentally quickly pinpoint ideas without reading context. Ideas before I add this?
Hey what are psychological needs of humans and map those to apps/services that serve them. Like life360 = safety for loved ones.

There is a famous case with Steve Jobs that basically says users/customers have no idea what they want, until they are shown it, and more specifically: sold to it. And also another well-known angle: people you talk to directly usually tell you: "this is a good idea" or smth of that kind - friends / family / and even strangers - because they are afraid to hurt your feelings or sounds too harsh. Talking to users is not a reliable metric according to these examples. So whats left if we cant trust potential users?
I’m actually interested about something else - getsven has dream.getsven.com - it is an idea killer. It evaluates proposals and reveals weaknesses and strengths - so that i can evaluate any idea and quickly understand whether at has any meats to it (is it worth building?). Is this a valuable v1 tool, and if so, what are possible v2s?
